Marios Demetriades

Marios teaches many of the boxing classes at London Shootfighters and has over 20 years experience in the ring. His highly popular classes are a testament to his skill as a coach and have aided honing the skills of London Shootfighters’ most successful competitors. Also an expert in jiu jitsu he has trained extensively with Eddie Bravo and has a great grasp of the innovative rubber guard and lockdown techniques that have been popularised and used to great success by Bravo. Marios is also a fantastic personal trainer and his fitness and nutrition plans have created incredible results among many members from top fighters to those just looking to get in shape.
